An actor 'K' gets a LETTER from one of his female fans.She writes "i like your looks , you are very hot and y, i am in love with you..i want to do with you..tomorrow i will come to your office";sends her photo and adress to actor'K'. Next day actor'K' waits for her but she doesn't come..angrily 'K' goes to her home and s her. 'K' gets arrested..he shows that letter to court and tells" i must get clean-chit because lady has been given her consent and shown her will to do the with me''. where the 'K' is wrong? what will be the judgement and WHY?
