Ported and seald boxes?

i am planning on runing 2 t1 12 d2 in a ported box with a t10001bd at 2ohms and a set of t1 12 d4s in a seald box with a t10001bd at 1 ohm should i run both sets in same kinda boxes i done it be4 but cant rember if it made a diff
