Does she enjoy torturing me or is she confused?

You've become an ego boost for her. She knows you want her and who can resist feeling wanted? This isn't fair on you though. If she has known your feelings after all this time and has chosen others then she isn't going to suddenly change her mind. I'm sure she does care about you, more than maybe she knows but you won't be able to change her when she clearly doesn't want to be changed.
