Snowboarding question!?

1st of all... i wear a 7-7.5 womens shoes(us)- what size boots do i need? how should they fit? snug? really snug? normal? i have no idea what the proper fit! next.... i'm a begginer.. and im looking for a burton board thats fit for both freeriding and freestyling... Any ideas??
