Who has been to Cambodia? I'm going there!?

this summer, i am going to cambodia with my uncle and his team of doctors to help children with cleft pallets or something for about 10 days. I'm 15 years old, and this will be my first time in asia. Does anybody who has been to cambodia have any advice? what is the weather like? what kind of animals did you see? what is the food like?
