What would happen with oversized injectors? Will the ecu addapt to the extra fuel? Im running 5+psi?

What would happen with oversized injectors? Will the ecu addapt to the extra fuel? Im running 5+psi. Seems to run out of fuel at 6-7 psi. I have my manual boost control all the way down. This is a rebuilt motor with forged pistons. I know how to do the mechanical work but not the fuel stuff.
