Consider the facts: she has a boyfriend, you have a career that you love, aaaaaand you just wanna get freaky with her. For now, just enjoy flirting with her. As long as she has a bf, there is really nothing you can do. She probably finds you attractive in come way or another and enjoys flirting with you.
