If Iraq was worth the war to instill democracy and get rid of Saddam, who is next?

None of the above... Iraq killed the neo-conservative movement. They didn't realize that Iraq would be so hard, they thought the American military was such an awesome conquering machine that it would be easy. But they're conservatives so you have to forgive them for being stupid and not knowing that you can't just turn Iraq into a democratic society overnight somehow. A people's government is DIRECTLY related to the cultural development of that society.
