Toy Poodle or Bichon Frise?

I am getting a puppy in three weeks. I need a dog that is nice, sweet, not rowdy, sociable, good around children ages (2-18), good coat for allergenic people, loving, and trainable. So toy poodle or bichon frise? Please list prices and breeders for me too. Also, are toy poodle/bichon frise MIxes good too?
