Why do obama and biden want to give your money away when they only donate less than 1% to charities.?

Its not surprising to me that Obama donates very little of his income to charity. He really doesn't care about all Americans. Only "his group"...and then, he's not donating much. What does that say to us Americans? Shows about how much he cares, doesn't it?
