Anyone know how to reach these clothing lines?

I'm trying to reach Chit Chat, Tara, Flip, and Plum. I've seen clothes with these tags in stores that Ive shopped at out of my area. I wanna sell them in my store but cant seem to find them. Ive tried to Google and other websites with no luck. So I was hoping maybe someone on here can help. Many Thanks, C. B.
