I need help ( need 20 letters)?

ok yesterday there was a vaccine clinic at pet co and i took my mini dachshund to get all of her vaccines. well about 2 hours after her face got so swollen she looked like will smith from the movie hitch. Well i immediately took her to the vet and they gave her benadryl, steroids, and a anti acid to help which it did. my question is which vaccine could have caused this she got rabies, corona, bordetella, and something called the six in one i don't think she has ever had the 6 in 1 before so i think maybe it was that it but i want advise. thank you
