My boyfriends turing 18 in 2 weeks?

Um to the top contributor.. bongs are not illegal in many us states, in Canada, in the UK.. what are you on? when people ask questions they don't need sarcastic responses. A cake? lol seems silly but many of my girlfriends never got me one :(
